Dr.J.P.Singhal-Director SIHFW from Nov 08,2012-Dr. Singhal has Post Graduation Degree in Preventive and Social Medicine from JLN Medical College ,Ajmer. He has been working in Medical and Health Department from last 30 years. He was holding the position of deputy CM&HO for 25 years . At present he is Director ( RCH ) along with additional Charge of Director-SIHFW.

Sanjaya Saxena is M.B.,B.S. along with Diploma in Public Health Management and Health & Family Welfare Management. He has held various positions as Medical Officer in the State Health Services and also worked as Consultant UNICEF,SPO in IPD Project, District Programme Coordinator in RHSDP, Officer In charge MNDY ,Jaipur etc....

He has vast experience in project development, implementation,monitoring & evaluation.
He has been a part of various national and international levels of trainings, seminars and workshops.He has also published various books ,articles and research papers.

Dr. Vishal Singh holds Doctorate in Mass Communication. He has 19 years long experience of Training/Research and Project Management and specializes in Social Development and Communication. He has been associated as Consultant IEC in RCH-I and State Advocacy Coordinator under IPD & NRHM.

Dr. Singh is author of number of books, research papers and articles.

Dr. Mamta Chauhan holds a Doctorate degree along with M.Phil, M.B.A. & Masters Degree in Psychology. She has 17 years of experience of Teaching, Training and Research. She has served ICMR & different management colleges in Rajasthan. Dr. Chauhan is responsible for coordinating various trainings for Program Management Unit of NRHM. She was the Nodal Officer for HRMA and STRC at SIHFW besides contributing in various research activities.

Ms. Nishanka Chauhan holds Post Graduate degree in Psychology and MBA along with Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from NCERT. She has 7 years experience in Counseling and Training in Health and Education Projects with international funding. She was SBA training coordinator with the SBA monitoring cell at SIHFW. Presently, she is responsible for the co-ordination of the different trainings organized by SIHFW, besides conducting various other activities of the institute.

Mr. Ravi Garg is a Post Graduate in Sociology, with PG diploma in Labour Law, Labour welfare and Personnel Management from University of Rajasthan. He has served University of Rajasthan and Agriculture University, Bikaner for three year in research activities. Having a rich experience of managing field work involved in health sector research studies.

Richa Chhabra holds Doctorate in Management Studies. She has done MBA with specialization in Operations and is currently pursuing law from Rajasthan University. She is a graduate in Textiles and has a working experience of 10 years including 3 years in research, trainings and health sector. She is responsible for coordination of trainings organized by SIHFW, besides assisting in regular activities.

Dr. Ajapa Bhardwaj is Doctorate in Psychology along with PG degree in clinical Psychology , with MBA (HR) from Rajasthan University and PG Diploma in Guidance & Counseling. She has a few presentations and publication to her credit. She has 3 years of experience in teaching, counseling and Human Resources. Currently posted at Hon’ble HM’s office

Mr. Vikas Kumar Bharadwaj holds a B.E.(IT) degree from Rajasthan University and MBA from MNIT, Jaipur. He is responsible for various training programs under VHSC, besides assisting in the regular activities in SIHFW and developing requisite IT support software for the Institute.

Ms. Divya Seth is a Post Graduate in Food and Nutrition from Rajasthan University, Jaipur, along with internship in dietetics from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. She has qualified for Junior Research Fellowship and has recently cleared entrance test for Ph.D. in University of Rajasthan. She was looking after VHSC Monitoring till March 2012 and is responsible for the various training programs, besides assisting in the regular activities at SIHFW.

Ms. Poonam Yadav is Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management with specialization in Hospital management from Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur. She has worked as SBA coordinator in SBA monitoring cell with SIHFW. Now, she is working as Senior Research Officer.

Dr. Richa Chaturvedy is a Medical Graduate (2002) from N K P Salve Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur (MH) with specialization in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR, Jaipur. She is also undergoing Certificate course in Health Promotion from NIHFW and Certificate course in Evidence based Diabetes Management from PHFI.She is looking after Maternal Health component under RCH.

Ms. Nirmala Peter is M.Sc. in Foods and Nutrition with Post Graduate Diploma in Health & Hospital Management from IIHMR, Jaipur. She has recently cleared entrance test for Ph.D. program from Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule University at Jaipur .She is also undergoing Certificate course in Health Promotion from NIHFW. She has worked as District Hospital Administrator at Govt. A. K. Hospital, Beawar for 2 Year. She takes care of Child Health component under RCH Project.

Mr. Ankur Asudani is a Post Graduate in Management with Specialization in Human Resourses and Finance. He has a 4 Year experience as a Physiotherapist.

Mr.Mohit Dhonkeriya is a Post Graduate in Information Technology from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. He is Responsible for update and maintains the website of SIHFW, Generate Reports and Presentation.

Ms. Lovely Acharya has done MBA with specialization in Finance. She has 1 Year experience as Accountant at Bhawaii Enterprises Ltd. She is currently pursuing her CS from ICSI.

Dr. Shweta Sharma holds a Doctorate degree in Human Development and Family studies from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur.

Ms. Indu Choudhary is a Post Graduate in Management with Specialization in Human Resource and Marketing from Sinhgad Institute of Business Administration & Computer Application, Pune. She has recently cleared entrance test for Ph.D. program from Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule University at Jaipur. Pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights from Indian Institution of Human Rights, New Delhi. She is responsible for compilation of trainings related to RCH across the state and providing documentation support.

Ms. Archana Saxena has done masters (M.Sc) in Extension and Communication from M.S. University of Baroda, Gujarat and is NET qualified. She has worked with RHSDP as a Consultant- IEC. Though her experience primarily includes development communication, she also has experience of working with various NGOs on many development issues such as road safety, panchayati raj and health awareness.

Dr. Rajni Singh holds a Doctorate degree in Anthropology from University of Rajasthan.She has 5 years of experience in research, training in health sector. She has worked on Sexual Reproductive Health issues.

Mr. Hemant Kumar Yadav is Post Graduate in Clinical Psychology and M.Phil in Community Psychology from University of Rajasthan. He was awarded Research Fellowship from Sports Authority of India, New Delhi. Pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights from Indian Institution of Human Rights, New Delhi and has recently cleared entrance test for Ph.D. from University of Rajasthan. He had worked as counseling coordinator in NGO.

Mr. Ejaz Khan holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management with the specialization in Human resources and Marketing from Regional Institute of Management, Jhajjar Haryana. Pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights from Indian Institution of Human Rights, New Delhi. He is responsible for all logistic arrangements for the training and assists in various activities of the institute.

Dr. Bhumika Talwar is a Dental Graduate from College of Dental Sciences Davangere, Kernataka with specialization in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR-Jaipur.She has done Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from International Quality Federation USA. She has attended 48 hrs Certification Program on Operations Management in IIHMR, Jaipur.

Ms. Aditi Sharma is a Post Graduate in Health and Hospital Management with specialization in Public Health Management from IIHMR New Delhi along with internship in health research from ORG- Centre for Social Research, The Neilsen Company, New Delhi. She has worked as a research associate earlier and has assisted; coordinated and analyzed various research studies.

Mr.Anil Kumar Sharma is a Graduate in Commerce from Rajasthan University. He has done M.B.A Finance specialization from IBMR-IBS Bangalore & computer Diploma of RSC-CIT with RKCL from Vardhaman Mahaveer University and looking after Account Section of SIHFW.

Mr. Prathvi Singh Shekhawat is a graduate from Rajasthan University in Commerce. He has done his M.Com in A.B.S.T and E.A.F.M from Rajasthan University & B.Ed with Commerce & computer Diploma of RSC-CIT with RKCL from Vardhaman Mahaveer University and looking after Account Section of SIHFW.

Sh.Jagdeesh Pareek has done B.Com from Mumbai University and looking after the Store & Housekeeping management of SIHFW.

Mr. Gajendra Singh managing and maintaining Hostel of SIHFW. Earlier to joining SIHFW he was working with Hotel Country Inn and Suites.

Mr. Shahid Rajasthani is a Post Graduate in music from Rajasthan University and he is responsible for management of SIHFW hostel, premises and smooth running of all events at SIHFW.
